Return to Krav Maga

Tonight, I had my first Krav Maga training after a two weeks break. I thought it would be difficult, I found it surprisingly easy, at least when it comes to the physical stuff: I did not feel exhausted and it did not hurt nearly as much as I thought it would. Here is a quick summary: my defense is good, but I need to improve counter-attack and attack. I know I need work to be a decent warrior, let alone a skilled one. And the war wounds tonight: red arms (due to counterattacking) and a scratched/bloody knuckle on my left hand. I look at my bruises and scratches with affection, like some kind of training souvenir.
