Pubs versus Schools

The funny things one finds on the internet. As the UK is going to very slowly get out of lockdown, I saw this hilarious meme and I thought I had to share it. Hopefully you will laugh as much as I did. So yes, the schools are reopening, but as I am typing this the pubs and restaurants are still closed and will probably remain so for a while. As a man in his forties who needs a healthy dose of alcohol to get through the week, and in spite of my natural misanthropy which makes me avoid my fellow humans like the plague, I do think it is vital to reopen the pubs as soon as possible. Because there's nothing like a few hours in British pub to improve your morale when things are grim.
