Skipping summer?

I was expecting this time of year to blog about the summer blues (true phenomenon), but it will not happen just yet. Because today was just as un-summery as a day could be. The yellow warning of rain turned to amber and it poured. I got home soaked. As I am typing this, I am wearing a warm jumper, because the temperature seriously dropped. That said, while I hate being wet, I am not moaning too much. Because I remember the heatwave of last year that seemed to never end. And because darker days mean more relaxing evenings. If one can stay dry, it is quite pleasant, this summer that has not truly started yet. It is certainly comfortable.
