The benefits of early nights
Since my time at uni and even before, I have become a bit of a night owl, going to bed late even when I have to get up early. I have also developed a certain tendency to insomnia. Last Sunday, I got sick. I think it was a fever. I was shivering and feeling weak. I spent half the day in bed, then went to bed early. And it made me feel much better the next day. So even though it is not in my habits to go to bed early, I will be trying to do this for at least the rest of the week, so my body can get strong again and to catch up on some sleep. This is the time for early nights.

Go to bed, old man! LOL! I'm an early-to-bed type too. No one's a spring chicken anymore.
