The history of the Easter egg hunt

The picture is from a friend who did Easter eggs with her children. She generously sent it to me for this blog. But I wanted to point you to a very interesting article which I found via the Facebook page of English Heritage.  It is a blog post dating back to March 2018 about the history of the traditional Easter egg hunt. We intend to do one with Wolfie this year, like we did last year. It was a rather rushed job, but he really enjoyed it. Anyway I reallyfound the article interesting, although I knew a lot about it already.
