Working anniversary

We are commemorating many anniversaries these days. A year ago, I started my new job. I will say a dreadful cliché: how time flies. I am still getting around my new job. And I still say it's my "new" job, even though I have been there a year and I am no longer the newbie. I never celebrate working anniversaries, don't know why. I guess for me in the end it's just a job. Some people are married to theirs, I'm not. After being made redundant in my previous one and the uncertainties of the ones before, I find it is the best attitude to have. A certain detachment.
