Two years of home sweet home

It is two years ago exactly that we moved in our new home, the very first house we bought. We had become officially owners the day before, but we moved in the next day. We have never really celebrated it. Too busy moving our stuff from the old flat to our new house, too busy making the house homely, too busy preparing the arrival of little Wolfie. There was no true house warming party, there probably will not be a celebration tonight. It is strange how such an important step on one's life, becoming home owner, hasn't been that exciting. But we were waiting for Wolfie, that was the big thing that was going to happen, the rest was peripheral. All the same, this is our home sweet home anniversary.
