I actually love rainy Saturdays

It is cloudy today and it will rain soon and they are forecasting lots of rain over the weekend. And it struck me looking at the clouds this morning: I don't mind at all. Yes, we cannot enjoy being outside as much, although that is debatable. Lots of little towns, such as the one where I live, are full of character in the rain. Rainy Saturdays are the time to enjoy other things than the sun and unlike rainy Sundays, the weather does not add up to melancholy, as Saturdays are seldom melancholic. If there must be a rainy day during the weekend, let it be Saturday.
