A new home sweet home?

This is what we hope for anyway, if everything goes well, touch wood and all that. As you may know, my wife and I have been looking recently for a new home. Our landlord is selling the flat where we live and the place is simply getting a bit small here. It is now time to move on. And after a few excruciating months of looking for places left and right, we have found one, in the same town. We have made an offer on it and again after a lot of excruciating negotiations it has been accepted. So we should be on the move at some point, fingers crossed, touch wood and all that. There is still a lot to do and buying a home is a stressful and emotional journey, but we are getting there.
