Time for indulgence

I am back in France, we had a straightforward journey (the French stations are terribly unpractical, but their trains are good). Anyway, here I am, in French "campagne", blogging, eaiting for our niece to arrive (much later this afternoon). I had a totally decadent breakfast: two croissants "pur beurre" (do I need to translate?), with extra butter and strawberry jam. I must have gone way over my daily limit of saturated fat, but if you gotta go, you might as well go like that. And the fridge has a good stock of alcohol (wine, but also Belgian beers and ciders), so I will not be thirsty anytime soon either.
