About Punch and Judy
I took this picture at the main park of this town during one of the last local fayres. You can easily recognize the Punch and Judy booth. I am uploading it tonight because it struck me: during all my years in England, I never ever sat to watch and pay attention to a full live show of Punch and Judy. This quintessential British institution. Well, I say this and it is not really accurate: we have of course an equivalent in French culture which I am very familiar with and this all comes from Italy originally anyway, but in its British form I have never enjoyed one yet. Shame on me, because it is something that normally really appeals to my imaginative mind and the child in me. I intend to correct it as soon as possible.

Only the Brits find Punch and Judy amusing, gawd alone knows why.
