Why I don't like the Spring Equinox

Today is the Spring equinox, as I am sure you are all aware. I know many people are looking forward to the coming of Spring and the longer days. I am not. I used to love Springtime, I don't anymore and its equinox least of all. The reason is simple: I find daylights less soothing than darkness. Longer days mean stressful days, it means less time to rest, to sleep, it means being woken up earlier, etc. And to make matters worse, soon the clock will go forward an hour here. So I am not too keen on the Spring equinox.

Count your blessings. We've already been on Daylight Savings Time here in Canada for a week now.

Ça va te prendre un festin de Norouz (nouvel an persan) pour réapprivoiser l'équinoxe vernal.
