The secret ingredient for the Friday sandwich is back
Can you notice it when you see the picture? Can you? No you cannot, it is very well hidden under the salad and the tomatoes and the red onions and the rest. But it was there again, at last. And by "it" I truly mean "them". The green olives. In the sandwich shop where I buy my Friday's sandwich to start the weekend on the right foot, they hadn't have green olives for ages. And this is what makes the difference, what makes this rather banal chicken mayo sandwich so very tasty.
