Candlelights

Since the recent commemoration of the Great War and the ceremony, I have rediscovered candles. So for the last three nights, I have lit candles for a good part of the evening, using lamps as little as possible. I find it soothing. A single flame, dancing in the darkness. One of these single little things that make life more enjoyable. It will become a nightly ritual I think.

Candles are very soothing while lying in a bubblebath tub in a darkened bathroom. Just FYI.

Sounds lovely. Candles have the same feeling to me as listening and watching waves come gently into shore. very meditative. makes a body feel relaxed.

Oh yes, candles are so comforting and relaxing...I love to watch the shadows dance on the walls. And they smell so very nice too.

@Debra-Unfortunately I do not have the most comfortable bath.
@Gwen-True, the feeling is similar.
@C-ingspots-Thank you for commenting on my blog! I had forgotten about the Black Box.
