Quote of the day

I want to blog more for the next few days, as I have a lot to tell. I wanted to put a quote here, inspired by my recent trip in Vancouver and my abundant consumption of products from the sea. The quote is from my new sister-in-law, who told me this the day after her wedding, during a burnch Chez L'Évêque. As I was wondering wether or not to get a savoury smoked salmon pancake, because I thought it was a bit early for this, she told me: ''It is never too early for smoked salmon." It is now my motto, which I followed dutifully during my time in Vancouver.
