I took this picture in
Brighton, at the
Royal Pavilion. To make a long story short, because back in the days, they were really into exotism, more specifically Chinese exotism, they drew heavily on Chinese culture, or at least its stereotypes, to decorate the place. Among other things, Chinese dragons. They were not really genuine (many have wings, for instance), but they are everywhere. Anyway, this dragon is obviously a modern addition, part of a special
exhibition. All the same, it's a cool dragon and I wanted to share it here. Life is always better with dragons.
