A family gathering

I am writing a quick post this evening, after a very busy day. We had many visitors today: little Wolfie's grandparents from his mother's side, his uncle from his mother's side, with his wife (thus Wolfie's aunt) and daughter (Wolfie's only cousin so far), his auntie from his mother's side and his auntie's partner (thus uncle). A lot of people in this small house and while it is a family gathering, it truly is a gathering to meet our son and be in awe with him. He was spoiled with presents and cuddles and nobody even looked at the mess. And to make things even better, it was very warm outside, an idyllic Spring day like April sometimes gives us. We had a lovely time.
