Subzero

England these days is almost wintery. I say almost, as there is no snow. I am almost glad, because this country does not cope well with snow (I sadly experienced it). People here have been worried about the Beast from the East. I have heard at work that we might miss it. That said, it is winter, or something approaching winter. The temperatures go below zero at least once every day. I feel it in the morning and in the night, sometimes even in the middle of the day. It is cold, the kind of stingy wet cold that gets sometimes painful. Still, I enjoy feeling the cold air. It wakes me up in the morning.
