Happy Halloween!
Black cats and goblins and broomsticks and ghosts,
Covens of witches with all of their hosts
You may think they scare me,
You're probably right
Black cats and goblins
On Halloween night
Trick or treat!
Like I did last year, I am quoting the nursery rhyme from the movie Halloween, because it is... Halloween. It is a very special Halloween for me this year: my first as a father, though my son is not conscious of the celebration yet. It also means that I had very little time to do the countdown this year and did not gorge myself with horror stories and scary movies as I would usually do. I watched Halloween yesterday and Trick 'r Treat the night before and that was it. All the same. You are reading this post after I typed it, as I decided to schedule it, for fear of lacking time tomorrow. Happy Halloween everyone. Have it spooky, scary, eerie, atmospheric Halloween, full of tricks... and treats. And if you think you have not done enough, remember that there is always next year.
