Choose Bookshops This Christmas

Today is the first day of December, so it's officially Advent, Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat and 'tis the season to be reading. So I would like to ask you all to purchase the books you will buy as presents for your loved ones or yourself in bookshops, preferably local ones. I should myself make a few seasonal reading suggestions in the following days and weeks.
