The owls of London

I read some really cool news recently on The Guardian: there's been an increase of owls sightings in London. That's really nice. I love owls. I know there are closer to us than we think: being nocturnal, wary of men and easily camouflaged, we just don't seem them. I think there is one in the neighbourhood, because I heard its cry at night. I should really try to identify it, next time I hear the owl cry at night. Now that London has suddenly become far more atmospheric, I will keep my eyes open next time I go there. I don't think I will visit London by night any time soon, but hey, you never know.

  1. I assume that London owls live in its parks and green spaces?
