Time for hearty food

This is what I had for lunch in a local café, the nearest one we could find nearby: a salmon and broccoli (and dill) quiche from Toppings Pies. My wife had a vegetarian quiche. It was delicious and the quiche was exactly what I was looking for. In fact, we enjoyed them so much that we bought two for tomorrow's meal. I intend to try more of their products. If I had a quiche today, it is because autumn is finally cool enough (albeit not ideally cool) and especially autumnal enough to have heart-warming comfort food. In other words, it is now time for hearty food.
