Chicoutimi, snow and a great unknown line

My brother PJ gave this great unknown line in a comment on this post, which I decided to immortalise here: "The snow will stay, global warming has yet to ruin Chicoutimi's perfect white Xmas record." I am not always proud of the city (or town?) I grew up in, not every moment of my life, for reasons I will not mention here. And I know that being proud of my home place for meteorological reasons is a bit silly. Still, at least Chicoutimi should be known for something good.
