Bored...

I am not inspired to blog. In fact, I am not really inspired to write, period. Must be the season. I tried to comment on a bit of controversy (but I am not really original, others have been more eloquent), I tried to get intercultural, I tried to get trivial/gastronomical, but right now I struggle to find interesting topics. It must be this time of the year, January is particularly dull, especially for someone who is not quite working like myself. Oh, and about work (if you couldn't read this post): I will teach every Saturday morning from this week. So you see, I work, but not quite.

  2. I agree, Guilluame.. it is this time of year, I'm sure.. seems to be too many adjustments..
one year does not flow easily into the next.. it is almost that the years are trying not to accept that time is moving on.. and I totally understand what you are saying...
This is the time of year we must change routines and begin designs for our jewelry lines to bring something fresh and new to our shops and customers... but find myself fighting it.. unconsciously.. maybe I'm just looking for the easy way out.. and hoping it will arrive soon...
maybe I'm just wondering when the reward is coming for my hard work.. but maybe I shouldn't expect such a thing... maybe I should just accept that I am surviving and paying my bills... us humans always think we should have more to show for our efforts... not just materially as I mostly like old worn out things but something satisfying in the soul...

  3. PJ-Oui, rien qu'aller me faire couper les cheveux un samedi m'enrageait, parce que je manquais les dessins animés.
Gwen-You see exactly how I feel, like there is nothing really rewarding happening in my life. January kind of sucks.
