Bagels and salmon tonight

I am going to have smoked salmon bagels tonight, with lots of capers, lemon, fresh tomato slices and onion. And cream cheese on it, of course. It will be nice. That said, it will not be half as good as the bagels from Saint-Viateur in Montréal. Of course not. While they have very good salmon here, the bagels are almost like donuts, they are too soft and not crispy enough. When I feel homesick, it's food I miss most. Wich reminds me that I am soon going to run out of peanut butter. I might need to travel back to Québec soon to get some.
