Rosie the scarecrow

I blogged before about the scarecrows we bought to decorate the garden of our future home. Rusty was the first one, which you saw on the picture of my first post. We named this one Rosie, because of its (or her really) pink trousers. I was not too sure about buying her, but my wife loves pink and she liked Rosie, so there you are. Pink is an atypical colour for a scarecrow to have, Rusty's rusty orange is more traditional for scarecrow fashion, but Rosie is a good farmgirl name that is just as fitting for a scarecrow. I want to buy a few more and create a whole community of them. And I will need some plants and trees for them to guard.

Even scarecrow girls like to be fashionable!
