Un pudding (pour PS)

Vous voyez ici un sticky toffee pudding, qui est peut-être, c'est mon hypothèse, l'ancêtre anglais du pouding chômeur québécois. Je l'ai mangé en février dernier dans un pub local et je cherchais une excuse pour publier la photo ici. Puis, j'ai pensé que la guerre de la food porn que je fais à Prof Solitaire était un excellent prétexte. Alors voilà...

My very favourite dessert... oh wait, no pavlova.... no wait, lemon meringue pie.... well one of those, or preferable all three!

@Craig-I don't know if I can choose a favourite dessert either. I generally prefer chocolate based ones, but it really depends of my mood. On a cold/cool day, the sticky toffee pudding often gets my heart.
@Prof-Grosso modo, c'est la même chose: un gâteau avec une sauce au caramel. La grosse différence c'est que le sticky toffee pudding a des dates.
